Dear Cinco Ranch Families,
We are so excited about the upcoming Youth Missions Auction on May 7th. The theme this year is “The Ultimate Round-up” We need YOUR help to make this a great evening for everyone!! Here are a few things that you can do to help...right now.
1.      Pray for our Youth Missions program.
2.      Mark your calendar for May 7th. This is going to be such a fun night that you won't want to miss! Dinner and auction is only $10 a person. And there is babysitting for $5 a child!!
3.      Donate an item for our auction. We have forms that you can take to your favorite businesses and ask for a donation. Big or small...they all add up for our youth program!
Each bible class is going to be putting together a basket for the auction. All you have to do is purchase an item for your child's bible class and put it in the box provided outside their classroom. If we all contribute a little, it will make a beautiful basket to auction off on May 7th .
Here are the list of classes and what baskets each class is in charge of this year! These are just guidelines for something that you can bring...if you have a better idea for something that will go in the basket theme, go for it!
The deadline for all basket items is April 24th, so start shopping and let's build some great baskets for the Youth Mission Auction!
